This blue poppy collection offers wearers a rare, pure blue color for their wardrobes.  I hope this earring of blue chalcedony topped by hand-carved vanilla orchid leaves and a delicate bead cap of orchid tendrils remind you of our amazing earth.

WHY VANILLA?

All precious metal pieces you see on White Orchid Studio pieces are hand carved to mimic parts of a vanilla plant.  Why?  Because vanilla is considered a white orchid. It is also the essential flavoring when baking custard, cookies, cakes, etc.  If the aroma and taste of vanilla invoke great memories, I hope those memories transfer to my White Orchid Studio pieces.
