WHY VANILLA?

All precious metal pieces you see on White Orchid Studio pieces are hand carved to mimic parts of a vanilla plant.  Why?  Because vanilla is considered a white orchid. If you want to return or alter a purchased White Orchid Studio creation, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We want to make you happy wearing your White Orchid. A quick message starts a conversation that puts you and White Orchid at ease.

Once we receive a returned White Orchid piece, we will happily evaluate if any restoration is needed. Refunds reflect a minimal restocking fee, as well as the condition of the item when returned to White Orchid Studio.
